How far in advance
should I place an order? |
~ we can accept
orders up to 1 year in advance. For advance orders, you do not
have to select a size in order to place an order. For peak season events in
May/June/July/September/October, we recommend placing your order as
far in advance as possible, particularly if you will be ordering
multiple dresses. If you do decide to place an order at the
last minute, please contact us by telephone as we can often
accommodate last minute RUSH orders with a 1 week turn around.

Will we need
alterations on our Bridesmaid dresses? |
~ all our adult
dresses are cut using our standard size chart measurements.
The measurements listed on the chart are for body measurements - not
garment measurements. If you are interested in a customized
fit, your dress may need additional alterations once you receive it,
in which case we strongly recommend taking it to a professional
seamstress or tailor that can further customize your dress.
Custom sizing is only available for children's sizes at this time.

I'm concerned about
sizing my child - how will I know what size to order for a child if they are
still growing? |
~ you do not have
to confirm size until 10 weeks before the event at the latest - when
you place an order you are reserving production time & in some cases
fabric (for specific dye lot colors). You are welcome to place
an order up to a year in advance of an event. We strongly
recommend ordering early for spring & fall events.

Is it possible to
see a dress in person? |
~ yes, you may
order a sample dress for any of our styles to see and try on for
size. A deposit will be required, but is completely refundable
(less $26 shipping) if the dress is returned to us in new condition
with all tags attached. If you would like more information
about our "try-on" program, please contact us or

Is there a discount
if I order multiple dresses? |
~yes, you can
mix & match styles, colors & sizes (adult & child), and all orders
for a single event must be placed the same day to qualify unless
other arrangements have been made with our sales staff.
Accessories do not count towards totals.
4 or 5 dresses
= 10% discount
6 or more
= 12% discount

How do I know if the
your colors will match my wedding colors? |
~ because it's
difficult to tell colors over the internet, we would be happy to
send out color swatches of any of our fabrics, call us or send us an
email (sales@little-flowers.com) providing which colors you'd like to see as well as a mailing
address and we can usually send out swatches within the week.
For out of stock colors, please allow additional time for swatches
to arrive.
~if you have a very
unique color you'd like to match, you are
welcome to provide us with fabric (or any other item in the color
you'd like to match) to ensure an proper match. Please
contact us for specifics - this service is not available for all
styles and depends on the type of fabric plan to use.

I need a dress in a
hurry, how fast can I have one made? |
~we offer "RUSH"
orders on all our dresses - which means the dress will ship within a
week of having placed an order. There is an additional charge
of $30 per dress, and the order MUST be placed by telephone
so everything can be finalized. Rush orders are also available
for all our accessories, jackets, wraps and purses ($10 charge).

Our child is hard to
fit (too thin, too chunky, too tall), what do we do in this case? |
~for slight
variations in size (1 inch at waist or chest), or height
adjustments, there is no charge - but you must let us know you'd
like to make an adjustment when you PLACE THE ORDER. For
children that have measurements that are completely different than
our size guide, we offer CUSTOM sizing. Please contact us & we
can provide measuring instructions and guide you through the process
of ordering a custom sized dress. There is an additional fee
for this service. Custom sizing is not available for adult sizes at
this time.

We have measurements,
can you select the size for us? |
~yes - our sales
staff can help you select a size that would be most appropriate for
a child. For adult sizes, although we would be happy to
provide guidance on selecting the most appropriate size, you are
ultimately responsible for selecting the size that you are most
comfortable with.

Where can I see a
"Little Flowers" dress? |
~our dresses are
all made to order for size & color, so they are only available
directly from us at this time. If you would like to see a
"sample" dress in person, we would be happy to send you a dress - a
deposit is required and will be returned (or credited towards a
purchase of a dress) less shipping charges of $26 once the dress is
returned to us. Please call or email if you need further
information or would like to order a sample. All
sample dresses must be returned in new-unused condition within 3
weeks of delivery.

Are your dresses
available in stores? |
~currently our
dresses are only available by order directly from us. We are
currently seeking boutiques to display our collections and will be
adding listings as soon as they become available. If you would
like additional information, please contact us.

Do your children's dresses need
slips or crinolines? |
~all of our dresses
are fully lined (bodice & skirt) in taffeta, so no slip is required.
All photographs were taken (unless noted) without crinolines.
Because of the natural fullness of dupioni silk as well as the
taffeta lining, our ball-gown and full circle skirt dresses have a
bit of body to the skirt. If you are looking for a "Scarlet
O'Hara" poof, we recommend the addition of a crinoline
- or contact us to discuss additional options.

Is it possible to mix &
match styles - top of one dress & skirt of another? |
~yes, contact our
sales staff & they would be happy to help with specifics.

I would like my
flower girls sash to match exactly with my maids dresses, can I provide
fabric for a sash? |
~yes, you are
welcome to send us fabric to make a sash for any of our dresses.
There is no charge or discount for this service, and the fabric you
provide must be suitable for the sash you'd like. We can help
with yardage information & fabric suitability.

I have an outdoor
wedding & am concerned about acetate lining, is it possible to replace
the lining for a lighter silk option? |
~yes, you can
have any of our dresses that are lined in acetate taffeta replaced
with silk habotai lining. You MUST specify this change when
placing your order. The replacement charge for an adult dress
(child size 14 & 16) is $30 and for a child's dress (up to size 12)
is $20.

Do you have a
printed catalogue? |
~because we
offer so many styles, colors and options, (and all dresses are made
to order- we do not stock dresses) - we do not offer a printed
catalogue at this time, all dresses, details and information are
available on our website (www.Little-Flowers.com). In the
event that you do not have access to a computer, please give us a
call & we can send you limited information about select styles -
along with fabric samples if you like.
